On Tuesday May 17, EveryAGE Counts held a Human Rights Webinar ‘The missing link: Australian leadership and support for a UN Convention on the Rights of Older Persons.' 

EveryAGE Counts Co-chair Marlene Krasovitsky facilitated a lively and engaging discussion with keynote speakers and panellists on how we can galvanise and mobilise Australian Government leadership domestically and on the global stage in the creation of a UN Convention on the Rights of Older Persons.

On International Day of Older Persons 2021, the EveryAGE Counts campaign launched the first Ageism Awareness Day.

On Tuesday June 29^th, EveryAGE Counts held a webinar examining some of the latest research on the value of fully including older workers in a diverse, multi-generational workforce.

Internationally recognised expert and author on ageism Ashton Applewhite and Walkley Award winner Jane Caro shared their perspectives on how the COVID-19 pandemic has exposed ageist attitudes, ageism in employment, and what people can do to tackle this social injustice.

On 28 September 2017, in the lead up to 1 October International Day of Older Persons, The Benevolent Society launched The Drivers of Ageism report.
