Not ready yet! I’m 69 and still loving my job as a Teacher Aide and when asked are you coming back next year I smile. 

I’m the oldest person at my school, blessed with good health and having experienced some personal life challenges I’m able to deal with busy and sometimes complex school life. I’ve even worked with past students who are now teachers at the school. 

I’m very fortunate to have a respective workplace but not sure how I would be in a new job. Not needing to get one but do feel for those people who are looking for employment or are experiencing problems. 

Age is no barrier. Every age counts!
