I am 72 years old and have worked from the age of 15 years. Last year, at work, (in Aged Care), I tripped and damaged my knee. First up, the insurance company really made getting help for this almost impossible. They claimed it was my age that caused the damage, would not pay me or agree to surgery. I escalated this and it was eventually settled.

I know Ageism is alive and well and see no difference to Racism, Sexism and Genderism. Thankyou.
